The Mare:
Amerique is a beautiful young mare who gives her all in everything and loves to be around and please people. She has a gorgeous flaxen color that she rarely fails to pass on to her foals, not to mention smooth, flashy gaits that amaze everyone who sees she show them off. She has incredible action at the hocks and knees, is very sound, and have a wonderful disposition. Her foals are quite famous for their show stopping action, and when crossed with Tobasko has made many champion babies who trot the competition away.
Amerique is from the finest of the finest. Her lines can be traced back to the foundation sires and dams of the American Saddlebred breed. She has a broad spectrum of famous horses in her line, and selective breeding has not limited her just to a certain strain. This is fairly rare, as Amerique has been given the best of many strains of Saddlebreds, instead of the select few found with linebreeding.

She has produced many beautiful foals, a notable one by the National Champion English Pleasure Stallion, Allure WMA. The foal is River Dance WMA, 2002 Scottsdale Champion English Pleasure Futurity & 2002 Scottsdale Unanimous Champion Formal Driving Jr. Horse. She produces beautiful athletic foals, and stamps all her foals with a beautiful hooky neck. Donatella is a beautiful, athletic mare...super disposition, great mother. She is started under saddle in hunter and would be very competitive. Kataru
The Committee

The Mare:
Kahmotion's story is a classical romantic one. Bred by C&H Ranch quite awhile back, she was sold to Kataru as a yearling with the best possible Tennessee Walker bloodlines in HF. She went through basic training, and lived in a seemingly loving home. However, her owner lost interest in Kahmotion, and basically abandoned her to fend for herself in a pasture. When The Committee received wind of the poor young mare, they took immediate action and intervened to save Kahmotion's life. You can see from the picture below of her condition when The Committee took her in. We found her with open sores on her back and flies crawling over her body. She was too weak to even use her tail to swat them away, and suffered from a deep phsycological depression from neglect. I (the president of The Committee and owner of C&H Ranch) was especially affected by this mare, and decided to bring her home for good to C&H Ranch to recouperate. After many hours of special love, care, and attention, recouperate she did. Now she is a happy, healthy, and productive permanent resident at C&H Ranch.

She was temporarily housed at The Committee with her brother, but we decided to bring her back home to C&H.
