My name is Kongkea Chhay. My surname is Chhay. My nationality is Cambodian. I am a Khmer son who was born on February 6, 1973 in Battambang province, north-west province of Cambodia. For Bachelor Degree, I graduated from Faculty of Law and Economics (States Faculty), Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 1997. My major is Entrepreneurial Management. And then, For Master's Degree, I graduated from Department of Agricultural Economics, Graduate School of Agriculture Development, Chonnam National University, Kwangju 500-757, South Korea on February 26, 2003. My major in Master's Degree Program is Agricultural Economics. Nowadays, I am a Ph.D. Candidate (Complted Course-work successfully and Processing to write Dotoral Dissertation), Department of Agricultural Economics, Graduate School of Agriculture Development, Chonnam National University (CNU), Kwangju City, South Korea. I do hope that I will gratuate my Ph.D. Degree in Agricultural Economics on August 2006.
On the other hand, I got a job as a public servant from the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC). And then, RGC has promoted me to be a full-time lecturer & a member in charged of internal & external continuing education feild of the international cooperation & continuing education office, Royal University of Agriculture (RUA)[State University]Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Moreover, from 1999 to present, The Rector of RUA has promoted me to be a Full-time Professor of Agricultural Economics & Rural Development Facutly (AERDF), RUA, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. At the same time, I am a part-time professor of the National University of Management (NUM), Phnom Penh, Cambodia as well.
