We have been to the island of Grand Bahama numerous times in the past ten years and found a place we loved after a couple visits. Our initial trip was a weekend junket to the former Bahamas Princess back in 1990. It turned out to be a great weekend despite the rain and the brevity. We vowed to return after we totally immersed ourself into discovering whatever we could about the island while we were there. We certainly got our money's worth out of a scooter rental on that first trip. |
