2. Complete the booking form, making sure you read the booking conditions, print out, sign and post with your �150 deposit Payable to �Wendy Blakeman'. Wendy will give you the address when you call to book.
3. On receiving your form and cheque we will send you a confirmation of your booking . Until you receive this, the booking is not firm.
4. Twelve weeks before your arrival date we will send you a reminder. Full payment is due 10 weeks before your rental period begins. At this time we will ask for the �200 security deposit.
5. On receiving your full balance we will send directions and a receipt of payment confirmation.
