Vermicelli Soup [ Clear]
3 Pints of clear soup 2 ounces of vermicelli salt and pepper
Crush the vermicelli between the fingers into short lengths. Bring the soup to the boiling point, sprinkle in the vermicelli. Boil gently for about 15 minutes then season to taste and serve
Cooking time about 30 minutes. Sufficient for 5 or 6 persons
