Tomato and Tuna Pasta

500 gm shell pasta 
1 onion, chopped 
1 can chopped tomatoes + 1 tablespoon tomato paste 
1 can tuna, drained 
3 / 4 cup cream 
2 / 3 cup pitted black olives, halved 
1 tablespoon corn oil 
Salt + pepper + basil + oregano


Cook pasta in plenty of boiling water until just tender al dente.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add tomatoes, paste, tuna and season.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add the cream and olives only to heat through.
Rinse cooked pasta under cold running tap water.
Heat pasta back in pan after draining, covered in pan over low heat for a couple of minutes.
Toss tuna sauce through hot, drained pasta and serve immediately with a green salad
