Swiss Cheese Sauce

2 tablespoons butter or margarine 
2 tablespoons flour 
1 / 2 teaspoon salt 
1 / 2 teaspoon dry mustard 
1 1 / 2 cups milk 
1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese


In medium saucepan melt butter or margarine.
Stir in flour, salt and mustard until smooth and bubbly.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly over medium heat, until thickened.
Remove from heat, add cheese an stir constantly until cheese melts and mixture is smooth.

Makes 1 1 / 2 cups
