Stir Fried Teriyaki Prawns

500 gm medium large prawns 
6 garlic cloves, roasted in skin 
1 large red bell pepper, seed and chopped 
1 / 2 cup sliced green beans 
1 / 2 cup sliced spring onions or leeks 
1 tablespoon chilli sauce 
1 / 2 cup Teriyaki Marinade 
1 tablespoon corn oil

Peel and devein prawns, leaving tail intact.
Squeeze out roasted garlic from skin and mash with a fork.
Place prawns in a shallow dish.
Pour over Teriyaki marinade and roasted garlic.
Marinate refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight.
Drain prawn reserving half of the marinade
Heat oil in a wok.
Stir fry prawns for 2 - 3 minutes or until just cooked.
Add bean, spring onions and bell peppers.
Stir fry for 2 minutes. Toss through reserved marinade and chilli sauce.
Stir fry for one minute.

Serve with noodles or rice
