Sloppy Joes
1 pound boneless beef chuck or stew meat. 1 small onion cubed. 4 tablespoons catsup. 1 tablespoon prepared mustard. 1 can [ 10 1 / 2 oz ] chicken gumbo soup, undiluted. 1 / 2 teaspoon salt. 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper.
Put meat through grinder, using Fine Disc. Brown in a skillet. Grind the onion, using the Coarse Disc. Add to meat together with all remaining ingredients. Cook for 30 minutes on medium heat. Serve on hamburger rolls. |
