Rich Chocolate Mousse

200 gm cooking chocolate 
3 / 4  cup condensed sweetened milk 
3 eggs, separated 
300 ml thickened cream 
2 tablespoon rum or cognac

Combine the chocolate and mil in the top of a double boiler.
Stir over simmering water until chocolate has melted. 
Remove from heat. Cover and leave to cool.
Stir in egg yolks until well mixed.
Add rum or cognac.
Stir well to combine.
stiff peaks form. Fold into chocolate mixture.
Spoon mixture into individual serving cups.
Refrigerate until firm and serve.
