Petits Fours
1 1 / 2 cup butter 3 / 4 cup powder sugar 2 eggs 3 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Vanilla
Preheat oven Beat the butter with a wooden spoon till it becomes creamy white, then add the eggs, one at a time, followed by the sugar and sifted flour and baking powder.
Fill the nozzle and shape your petits fours to your liking, either as flowers or fingers, any way you like them. You can also do the mixture in two different flavors, all white or white and chocolate. Baking time about 20 minutes, do not let them turn yellowish, keep an eye on them |
