Liver and Bacon Pate
1 pound [ 454 gm ] bacon, uncooked. 1/ 2 pound [ 227 gm] liver, cooked. 1 / 2 teaspoon [ 2 ml ] salt. 1 / 4 teaspoon [ 1 ml ] pepper. Dash of Cayenne. 1 / 2 cup [ 125 ml ] cream.
Grind the bacon and liver in grinder using Fine Disc. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Yields 2 cups [ 500 ml ]. |
