Fresh salmon in parsley sauce
6 to 8 fresh salmon chunks 1 large onion, thinly sliced 1 cup leek, sliced 1 stalk of celery, sliced 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon crushed garlic, extra 2 cups fresh parsley finely chopped 1 vegetable bouillon, dissolved in 1 / 2 cup boiling water 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon oil 4 tablespoons oil, extra 1 / 2 cup cream Salt + pepper
Marinate the salmon in a mixture of some salt and pepper, oil and the extra garlic. In a saucepan, heat the extra oil. Add the onion, garlic, leek and celery. Stir only until sauteed.
