Easy Country Stuffing:
3 stacks celery. 1 medium onion. 1 cup parsley sprigs. 1 cup giblet cooking liquid. 4 cups herb seasoned bread cubes. Cooked giblets.
Put celery, onion, parsley and cooked giblets through grinder using the Coarse Disc. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. One recipe will stuff a 5-8 pound bird. Recipe may be doubled as needed. Bake according to directions for stuffed poultty |
