Chicken and Tomato Stir Fry

500 gm chicken breast fillets [ cut into strips ]
6 spring onions, chopped
1 teaspoon crushed garlic 
3 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped 
2 small red or green chillies, chopped 
1 large tomato, peeled and chopped 
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
3 teaspoons horseradish cream sauce 
Salt + pepper + oregano 
2 tablespoon oil

Heat oil in wok or large frying pan.
Add onions, garlic, chillies at a few moments interval between each.
Stir fry ver high heat for a couple of minutes.
Add chicken strips. Stir fry until lightly goldened.
Add tomato paste, sauce and horseradish. Stir for one minute.
Add seasoning and lemon juice. Stir for 2 minutes.
Serve with boiled and buttered pasta or with mashed potatoes
