Cheesy Baked Chicken
1 / 2 kg skinless, boneless chicken breast. 6 potatoes, sliced. 1 / 2 kg fresh broccoli heads, chopped. 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley. 1 can condensed cheese sop. 1 / 2 the can water. Salt and pepper to taste. Grated yellow cheese.
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. In a bowl, combine soup, water and parsley. Mix together . Place chicken and potatoes in a baking dish. Season. Pour cheese mixture on top. Bake covered in preheated oven for one hour. Add broccoli to dish and bake for a further 20 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle grated yellow cheese on top. Uncover and leave for 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve immediately with a green salad and sauteed vegetables. |
