I make EVERY Effort to be Honest, Open, Fair and Accurate on ALL Readings given.

I Expect the Same Consideration and Treatment from YOU!

1. ALL readings are 100% Stricly Confidential! NO Information about You (name, address, birthday, email address, etc) or Information pertaining to Your Inquiry or Reading will EVER be shared with ANYONE. NO EXCEPTIONS! I will Only use Freely Submitted Testimonials reguarding my work on my Website, with First Names Only and No Contact Information.

2. You MUST be 18 years old OR older to request a Reading. NO EXCEPTIONS!

3. ONLY ONE Inquiry per Order will be Read. Mutiple Inquiries on the same Order WILL BE Ignored and ONLY the First Inquiry asked will be answered. If You require a "Mutiple Question" Inquiry, then You Must Purchase the Appropriate number of Readings to Facilitate this.

4. Be SURE to Include ALL Pertanent Background Information reguarding Your Inquiry. This Includes , but not limited to, Your Full Name, Your Birthdate, Your City and State, Your Email address (to return Your Reading to), Your Inquiry and supporting Background Information.

5. I am NOT a Psychic OR have any Psychic Abilities. The Insights and Advice drawn from my Readings are a the result of a combination of the cards in the Requested Spread, Your Inquiry, and the amount of True and Correct Background Information reguarding Your Inquiry Provided by You. Inaccurate Information or Incomplete Background Information will Most Likely produce an Inaccurate Reading. I WIIL NOT accept Responsibility for this.

6. Readings are done within 24 hours of CONFIRMED receipt of payment, as some forms of payment or NOT intantaneous.

7. Readings are done in a "First Come, First Served" basis. DO NOT Expect a Reply for at least 24 hours, although I make every effort to get them to you in less time.

8. All Readings are done by me on an Individual Basis using MY time and My energies, therefore NO Refunds will be granted. (Refer to Number 3) In SOME RARE cases, another Reading for Free MAY be granted AT MY SOLE Discretion.

9. Readings will offer you Insites to your Inquiries. However, I am NOT a licensed Medical Doctor, Lawyer, Accountant, Psychologist, Social Worker or the like. Therefore, I WILL NOT offer this type of advice. I will read the cards pertaining to these subjects with an inturpretation of the card(s) ONLY.

10. YOU are Responsible for your own Decisions and Actions! I WILL NOT accept legal responsibility for Actions or Decisions, or consequences thereof, made by You based on any of my readings for you.

11. Readings are meant to give Insights and NOT to Predict the Future. If a reading does contains Predictive elements they can only be regarded as Guidelines. No Guarantees are Given or Implied.

12. I will ONLY Read for the Person Paying for and Submitting the Inquiry. BE SURE that Your Inquiry pertains to You and NOT a third party. If need be, Rephrase your Inquiries pertaining to Others, so that it Relates to You! NO EXCEPTIONS!

13. I read and Interpret Tarot cards, and as stated above, I am NOT Psychic! I WILL NOT answer "Psychic" type Inquiries: ie winning lotto or lottery numbers, an exact date when something is to occur, when someone may die, etc.
