| Macbeth was by far the largest production in which I have worked on yet. In this production, I served as the Production Manager, Technical Director, and Fight Director, as well as assumed the roles of Angus and Murderer.. We were challenged by a limited cast and crew, the limitations of the theater, and of course funding. I am happy to report that we were very sucessfull in pulling the show off, even though many times we were worried about several technical things. This production was performed at the Crighton Theater, by the Crighton Players in Conroe, TX, a community theater that has been around for nearly 30 years. This was only the third production of any of William Shakespeare's works, and I believe it came off great! I have never worked so hard on one show. Special thanks should go out to: Melody Dixon / Director, my wife Melissa Barton / Costumer, Paul Copenhaver / Lighting Designer, Justin Woods / Light Board Operator, and Jim Bingham / Theater Manager. |
