| James Rumi is just your average, stereotype chief of police. He drinks coffee and eats donuts...and named all the officers in the Tikean Police Department after musical chords. For some odd reason, Lt. Major 2nd (as he is referred to by his fellow police officers) hires people not based on their ability to keep the peace in Tikea, but by their singing talent. He sings the bass part in his "Amazing Harmonizing Police Force" and is known by the Tikean citizens to be an incompetent loser. He has been looking for his missing Janitor, Tomoki "Perfect Fourth" Kubo, for five years and tries to get you to help him on Day 13. | ||||||||||||
