Description - Well I'm back from Melbourne - YAY! (Kinda). Its good to be back but its also sad because I had so much fun hanging out with all the new people I had met. Since I have been back life has been pretty hectic. Lots of church stuff and work and also Christy had her farewell party thingo for her family because they are moving, so really I havent had much time to do Chess Master Nayph training at all! However, Hannah gave me part of my Christmas present early, and it was a CD burner! Yippee! This means that I can finally start playing this Championship Chess game that I bought for $10 ages ago but havent been able to play because I didn't have a working CD ROM. This bloody program has been a humbling experience for me. It took me game after game after game just to beat it on moderate mode lol - Man I suck! This program rules though! It has lots of little features, like you can make the program do specific openers so that you can work out what is a good defense for it. Fun fun fun! Oh also I got my uni marks back! I am fully stoked! I got all the credits I need for my exemptions, so I don't need to repeat anything! Go God! He really answered my prayers!

Description - Merry Christmas everybody! I got some nice presents this year ... Lotsa money, the new limp bizkit album, clothes, a swiss army knife, a cd burner and a handheld chess game. More importantly, my family actually liked the presents I bought them which is a nice change. It is still pretty early for Christmas day, and none of the action really starts happening until about midday, so I figured I'd go online and play chess with people in countries where it isnt actually Christmas yet, like in the US. I played this beginner a few times and whooped her lol. I know its bad of me to do such things, but I have been on a mega losing streak lately and I needed a confidence boost.

Description - Today has been spent mainly in my bedroom, alternating between preparing a talk for the Christmas service at church tonight, talking on msn, and playing championship chess. I have moved the skill level up to "Champion", which is good because I get a good game, but it sucks because the computer takes forever to move. I managed to win which pleases me very much ... This leaves two harder levels for me to conquer and then I will be ready to try working on good defenses to particular openers.

Description - I went on a huge shopping spree today! I bought a new pair of jeans, a Pantera CD, a Lifehouse CD, chessmaster6000 and ... best of all ... A DIGITAL CAMERA!!! WOOHOO!!! Finally my life is complete lol. I have been waiting so, so long for this baby. Now finally my website will be able to get some real skating footage on it. The only problem is that I have to wait for my ankle to fully heal before I can really get any decent skating going. I've been going a little bit lately, but it kinda hurts when I try to do any flipping tricks or nollie tricks. Anywayz, I had a little go of chessmaster6000 ... it is pretty classy, much better than championship chess I think. Man I have so much Chess Master Nayph training tools now, what with Yahoo, championship chess, chessmaster6000, and the handheld chess thing that hannah bought me. Apparantly I have just played Josie on chessmaster6000 and whooped her good lol ...

Description - I been bludgin at home all day today, listening to cd's, sleeping and playing chessmaster6000. My opponent today was some hippy named Willow. She kept beating me and beating me, but I wasn't gonna take no crap from some hippy, so I eventually managed to beat her ... Man this program is hard - I really suck!

Description - It's new years eve yay! Another year done and done! Today I am heading into the city to Blues Point Reserve with a bunch of student lifers to watch the fireworks real close up. I've decided to have a pretty laid back day, kicking back with some chess before I pretty myself up and head into the city. I have a feeling I am back on the winning streak with the chess, because yesterday after Lord of the Rings I was able to get revenge on both Ian and Steve West when we went back to Ian's place to play chess on his new board that he got for Christmas. Also the game I just played was with a fellow with quite a large rating, and I managed to beat him quite easily, so it's all lookin up from here ...
