Friday January 18, 2005~ It's been a while ahhhhhh!

Ok so heres the things I thought of while I was on hiatus. August 2004- Anniversary of the Atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I am a big fan of Japan, and am sorry that the atomic bomb EVER had to be used, however, War is War. The number of people killed by the atomic bomb was actually less that the number of people killed in one night of bombing runs. The horror of the bomb was that it only took 1 to kill all those people. September 2004- My birthday woowoo! What am I? 27 I think? Also my female pug Bella had puppies. It was her first litter and she was very freaked out. She had seven to begin with and she wouldnt feed them. In the end only two lived and she was feeding those two. One was given to a very nice family I know who wanted one very badly, and the other one I kept. When she opened her eyes her right eye had a deep hole in it. I kept some eye medicine on it until the traveling vet came to town and I could take her in. I pretty much knew the eye was a total loss as it had that blind blue color to it. We got it to heal over, but it will always be a source of infection if she keeps it. October 2004- Halloween! Also Nevada Day woot! Always good to work for a gov't you get those days off. November 2004- Turkey Day. Ate too much blah blahblah. December 2004- Christmas. Spent too much blah blah blaaah blah. January 18, 2005- Ahh all up to date! Well right now the thing most on my mind is money. Its a little tight atm. I was doing great and decided to pay off a longstanding bill in the next 3 months. Since I started that I have had y funace break to the tune of $210, then the vet decided that my puppy (Bean) needed her eye out, that ran about $440. Then just yesterday my furnace went out again. I met with the electrician and great news! The capacitor went out, which came with the motor he replaced not a two weeks ago, so it was free! Thank God for small favors. Now Bean goes back to the vet tomorrow and we will see. Ahhh Im tired now! I went to birthday dinner for my step dad and it was good. We went to this mexican place and I had flautas mmmmm flautas! I forgot there was something else I was gonna write. Since I cant remember... I shall give you a recipie for mexican sopa (soup) or rice either way its good. When you go to the store either buy rice or a mexican pasta called Gamesa (my favorite shape is melon seed). Here in the store its on the 'international' ilse. You also want to get a chicken bullion called Caldo de Pollo I have seen some called Pico de Gallo as well but thats the hot stuff I believe. Anyway also get a yellow onion, cooking oil, and some nice fresh garlic, and tomato sauce. There is a mexican kind of sauce in the international row but I cant remember what its called off the top of my head and Im out, so take your chances. Chop the garlic and onion. Cover the bottom of a pot in a shallow layer of oil. Add the garlic and onion to the oil and warm slowly until the vegetables are soft. Add the rice or gamesa to the garlic onion oil and let it set for 5 mins or so until some are brown. Stir it all round a bit it should look mottled. Some dark brown some med brown and some light colored. After you achieve this add the tomato sauce and water to it boil gently for about 5 mins add the bullion to taste. and then reduce toa slow simmer until the pasta/rice is done. Keep an eye on it as you sometimes have to add water to the stuff. Ok Im done. Comment

Billowing clouds rumble to the south. The cool breeze blowing from them tells of rain held in their overstuffed arms. Crickets sing in the summer twilight and far off lightning dances. When night finally settles its ebony cloak firmly over the high desert the clouds are nowhere to be found. The thunderhead has cleared out taking its promise of relief for the parched denizens with it. The full moon outshines the shy stars tonight and casts a silvery glow on the leaves of a russian olive. {Later} Friday July 9, 2004~ EMERGENCY!

Today is one of my 2 days off this week. Every other week I have 3 days... its a long story. Well I was being sufficiently lazy I thought. I played SWG till 2am with my little brothers. Almost a Master Marksman YAY! Got up at 10am and logged on to see if they were up yet. Yadda Yadda... After a while my lag was annoying me so I logged out to do some things. Now I like to think of myself as the eptimote of female bachelorhood I dislike the word bachlorette. Too many negative connotations. On top of that Im a self proclaimed geek. Like people didn't know before I admitted it :/ I never cared very much about what condition my house was in as long as it didnt smell and things didnt spontaniously spring to life Green bread is bad mmmkay. But to please my mother I started trying to keep it in relative order. I once told her to stop washing my dishes she didnt come back for months. Well to keep up my good maternal relationship I've deignated my days off as half-assed cleaning day. I get the dishes in the dishwasher, sweep and mop, and make a semi-noticable dent in the laundry pile. oh how I long for the day the pile will no longer overshadow me *cry* Sometimes I wash the same load two or three times just for the fact that I forgot I was doing the laundry and it sat there too long HAH! Today though something unforgiveable happened... something unforseen... *sob* *sob* I was putting the dishes in the dishwasher, and the counter was really too crumb covered to stand so I was washing that too, I hate crumbs on the counter I have my roomate to make nasty glares at for that one and suddenly... suddenly! I was washing the wall! meltdoooown commence* When did my mother lay these eggs in my brain?!? Someone send me the cure!! Next thing Ill be doing something totally senseless like ironing! *wail* I went immeadiatly to the computer and did something entirely nonproductive. Update weblog must... update... weblog Still as Im sitting here Im thinking 'Man this monitor could use a cleaning.' Ive escaped it before but the unfortunate evidence is clear this time. My mothers alien clean freak eggs have hatched in my brain and slowly but surely they are taking over! I dont know how to halt the spread I fear there is no getting out of this. I was just scanning my favorite sites and one was Narutofan.com. They announced that Eps 90 of Naruto is out! YAY! Its been recorded and the RAW is up! A couple days at most and we will have a new episode to watch! In honor of this Im linking my favorite (to date) Naruto opening! My favorite is Go!! by Flow. Its close to the bottom of the page, and you need to DL the Video Version or all you will get will be the song. You will probably need a couple of things to watch it if you dont have them already. One is The Core Media Player, and the other is a Java thingie. Both are free! That should do you! There are no subs (subtitles) on this video so I'll see about getting the words written down real quick and adding them. Wednesday July 7, 2004~ Sick Day

I came home sick today. I dunno I just dont feel great today. Kinda queasy tierd. So I said to my boss when I got there 'Hey I dont feel good after we get this clarifier fixed can I go home?' She said between her and my other co-worker and the guys at the compost plant they should be ok. So here I am. I think I know where my tierd came from, but it causes me to stray somewhat from my subject. **Intermission** You will sometimes hear me refer to my niece and nephew and my sister. In all reality I have no sister and the only niece I have lives in Northern California. Jae is my best friend whom I have known since before middle school. I have reltives I like less than her, and he sister is a POS. So to make a long story short... I adopted her. You really cant do that legally, but I dont care I make my own laws!! We fight we argue and we look after each other like sisters, therefore we decided to be sisters. Just thought Id say that so when I confuse you later on by telling you I only have 4 brothers you wont boggle at me.Heehee. **End Intermission** So as I was saying... Im tierd because my sister finally got a job and she got it at opposite shifts from me so that I can watch her kids. She is a single mother(Well she isnt single yet but her husband is a certified mental case and she has a restraining order. She cant afford to pay for a divorce her deadbeat husband dosent pay to support his kids.) I watch her kids and she does my housework. Damn thats the best deal I ever made. Aha! Off the subject again! So she works until 2am. My dogs love people to come in at 2am. That way they can prove how good of guard dogs they are by barking obnoxiously and bouncing up and down on my sleeping self. It's not like they havent know her all their lives right? Ugh... my vocabulary deteriorates so badly at 2am. Also a little later, about 3am or so, the damn phone rang. I was thinking murderous thoughts. They werent directed toword anyone, but if someone would have been in strangling distance Im sure Id be in the pokey for 1st degree murder about now. When I got up this morning there was a message on my answering machine. I thought 'Lets see who gets to DIE from my dagger glare today!' So I listen and low and behold it was my step mother. *sigh* I cant be mad at her thats what time she gets up to go to work and she dosent really think about me sleeping at that time. *cry* So then the righteous rage I had worked up kinda just... leaked out all over the floor. *grumble* So much for not doing housework. * Heads off to find a mop and some floor cleaner* Exit stage left. Friday July 2, 2004~ Crappy Endings: A rant by me

Ok so... do people who make/write movies, series, books with crappy endings really not realize they suck? ( the crappy endings of course, although it could also go for the authors of such endings) Today I bought the Perfect collection of Cowboy Bebop and watched the episodes I had not seen which included the last 4 episodes. On a scale of 1 to 10 (one being the shittiest ending ever and ten being best ending ever) I am saying Cowboy Bebops ending gets a previously unheard of negative 12. If you havent seen it then I say dont watch the last 3 spisodes and your life will be great you will be happy and the best show ever can be watched over and over. CB has a very real, very gritty ending. I suppose the part I dont like about it is the fact that there is no Hope in it at all. Yes things are delt with and it may be a proper ending, but I'm going to pout about losing my favorite set of characters for a while. I'm not even sure Im going to be able to watch that series again. Right now the perfect end to my day is DAMN! I think I just wasted sixty bucks! See you crappy endings... Comment

Friday June 25, 2004~ Ehhhh, an update!

Ok sooo... where to begin? It's been a long couple of weeks Im soo tired! I havent played EQ in a few days. Not really having drawbacks though. My nemisis is there so I prefer not to be. I've been concentrating on RL and other stuff to occupy my time. I think I'll spice up this blog a little with some links wooooooooooo links! Now what to link? I have gotten a torrent downloader and set it up to work with some judicious help from a friend on EQ (thanks tev/jark/gel *wink*). It's called Azures and the mascot is a frog. This was just something interesting that didn't really make sense to me in the begining. However! Just now I decided to link Azures to this blog and found out that while the torrent downloader will NOT come up on such a search, but 10k (10k being a GROSS over estimation of course)sites telling you about the Azure poison dart frog will. I appreciate learning this new bit of information, but it does make me lift an eyebrow at this new progam I have. If I spit it at someone and it sticks will they die, or prehaps enter into a few floppy headless chicken moves on the floor? Also, if that does happen will scantily clad natives come out of my woodwork and consume the unfortunate victim? Things to ponder, and things to attempt later. Hmmmm... At the moment I'm being addicted to Naruto. There are umm 4 or 5 seasons animated and I think 25 volumes and 221 chapters at the moment. Im working on getting the torrents dled right now. It's a great story so far and I'd reccomend it to anyone. Eh, maybe Im going overboard on thos links, but its sooo fun! LOL. My two younger brothers are playing Star Wars: Galixies and are trying to suck me into it. On the plus side of this I'd be able to talk to them all the time. For some reason my father freaks when the older~younger one talks to me too much on the phone. Appearently my thinking/way of life free of him is infectious. *shrugs* I dunno thats the only thing I can think of. Anyway back to SWG. My father wouldnt let my youngest brother play Everquest at all. 'He's just an all around good guy and I love him.' O.O Something about how non realistic mind warping yadda yadda it is. So my dad likes Star Wars so they snuck SWG in on him. My older~younger brother pays for both the accounts so my dad cant complain about the cost (except that my one brother should be paying for college and his car insurance) and Star Wars is quasi ok in the moral/non d&d wierd messed up idiot sense. I dont get it but there you go. So maybe Ill have a new game to waste my time on soon. We can only hope. Wednesday June 9, 2004~ In memory a great loss and an happy/sad addition

Alot has happened in the last couple of days. To those of you who know me from in game I didn't really mention it but a friend of mine found out he had cancer about three months ago. He was pretty apprehensive about it as they were shoving him through tests fairly quickly, but he was optimistic. About a month ago he asked me if I'd take Bella his pug (sister to my Bilbo, Bill for short) if things didnt go well. A sad honor to be asked to become the keeper of one of a friends most cherished possesions. My mother called me on Saturday to tell me that Ken had passed on. Bella is even now helping Bill to weigh down my foot and make it sweat as I sit here. She is depressed and losing hair like you wouldn't believe, but being with her brother helps I think. I know she knows he is gone, she was with him when he went, but she still looks around once in a while as if to say "when is my Dad comming to get me?" I am thinking of writing up a page to him and adding it for posterity, and for my own memories. I dont know yet. If you are interested I am linking a picture done of Ken by W.F. Fullam... So, if you care... I moved my Everquest page to the background because I wanted to do something diffrent. Having only it as my homepage was really limiting what I can show to others about my likes and dislikes. Lets get myself all out in the open right from the start. That way you will know the craziness of who you are dealing with *wink* I have a totally ecclectic personality and like so many different things I couldnt really pin down what I like the most. I have a tendancey to be lazy. If you can name a type of housework I can name a type of housework I dont like to do. Im single and not really looking... I like being single; thanks. Well the rest I guess will be revealed in good time but those are the basics. Now for my life goings on! I got a new computer yesterday! At the moment Im loading EQ onto it. I lack the discs for PoP so its a 5 hour Download just for that one. *sigh* Guess what Im doing while thats going on! That's right. Im messing with this page... along with scanning the anime sites and installing my odd ball stuff I need from my other/old comp. Bittorrent stuff is going to go in tonight. While I was getting this computer running it asked me to name it. Hah! Name the computer... I decided on Anima. It was for a number of reasons but really Anima means inner-self. I think calling a computer my inner-self might be some kind of cosmic blasphemy but /shrug. Also as a side effect my old computer is now jealous the new one has a name. Well lets see what do I have to say... My website is totaly going for a new look! Maybe the first page will turn into a ham handed weblog. It sounds fun and everyone else is doing it.
