South Cheshire Crossroads has funding for the support of young carers. We are able to offer help to young people living in the boroughs of Crewe, Nantwich, Congleton, Vale Royal and Macclesfield, to enable them to take a break from their caring responsibilities. This is a free service to the families concerned.
We can provide one to one support, weekly group activities, short breaks and holiday activities for young carers.
If you would like to discuss particular needs, please do not hesitate to contact one of the carers team.
