Purpose of meeting: To establish the runs fixture list for 2004

Present:

committee: Jean Philcock, Andrew Guttmann, Les Warburton.

present, though not on the committee: Darren, Lydia, Jackie, Trevor, Tom, Bob

The
following runs were adopted for inclusion on the official fixture list.
April
4th Big Breakfast (Sunday)
April
20th Andrew’s ‘Diesel Surprise’ Tuesday Evening Run
April
24th Stafford Show ( Saturday - by car – we decided we couldn’t
bring all the autojumble bits home on bikes)
April
25th Hoghton Tower Sprint (Sunday - Early start – long way!)
May
3rd Gawsworth Classic Day (Bank Hol Monday - Andrew has the entry
forms for this. We have already been invited)
May
9th Thundersprint ( Sunday)
May
23rd Kelsall Steam Fair (Sunday)
May
31st Capesthorne Hall , Andrew Greenwood Classic Event (Sunday)
June
6th High Peak Vintage Run (Sunday)
June
27th 1000 Engine Rally, Astle Park (Sunday)

11th Cheshire Vintage Rally, Tabley (Sunday)
- Invitation to South
Cheshire BSAOC
The
committee stated their thanks and appreciation to the South Cheshire BSAOC for
their invitation to the Black and White Run which was enjoyed by our members.
In keeping with our welcoming policy we would like to invite South Cheshire
BSAOC to attend our future runs listed above.
