Present: approximately 15 persons with an interest in the proceedings

1. Election of Chairman, Les Warburton, unopposed

2. Election of Secretary, Andrew Guttmann, unopposed

3. Election of Treasurer, Jean Philcock, unopposed

Also proposed:

4. That a new classic motorcycle club be formed, namely ‘The Cheshire BSA Enthusiasts (Cheshire Beezers)’, agreed unanimously.

5. That the elected committee be given responsibility to organise the club, agreed unanimously.

6. That members interested in forming a branch of the BSAOC be given leave to do so provided this does not cause conflict with the newly formed club, agreed unanimously.

Note: Those of us who are already members of the BSAOC may wish to become a recognised branch of the BSAOC to be known as the ‘Cheshire Beezers’. This would not affect the status of non-BSA owners in our club.
