Sequoia taking Reserve worlds Championship for HIH 2-3 yr Stallions at the 2007 Appaloosa World Show. We would like to take this time to Thank Ray and Connie Burchett for all the hard work they put into this young stallion and the fine job Ray did in showing him.
We are blessed to have this fine young stallion living with us. It's such a pleasure to see this guy effortlessly jogging around in his pasture.
We also would like to thank Bob and Norma Thompson for allowing us to purchase this wonderful horse just after a forced weaning at age 3 months. It was a tough go for him he lost his mother at 3 months of age. We picked him up shortly after her death. A few days after bringing him home he started a cough. Sulver seemed to have worsened it so a Vet. was called in. We had to wait a couple of days to have him scoped and cultured. The Vet.didn't expect him to make it. Prayers worked and he was still here to culture. The culture came back as E-Colie IV treament was started and he is now One healthy horse. |
