BRIAN WOODS STORY |
|
|
This webpage represents the case of Brian Woods, a Florida State teen who has been subjected to torture, several civil rights violations, and denied due process of law. Please examine this page and offer any support possible for Brian’s family. Thank you |
This is the story of Brian Woods, a boy who has been the utlimate victim of a cruel & seemingly unlawful justice system. Brian's family is in need of support and assistance in several areas, including media support, financial assistance, legal, medical and moral support. Brian has been incarcerated, awaiting trial for two years, during which time he has been denied bond and freedom. He has been attacked on several occasions which resulted in some minor injuries, a claim the correctional facility denies, however they do admit he was involved in fights. He WAS attacked and there is a photo which proves this allegation. Cheryl Woods, Brian's mother, took the photograph and tried to comfort her son, he pleaded to her for help. As a result of her complaints and the photograph, the correctional facility had Mrs. Woods barred from visiting her son at the facility. It has now been several months since she has been allowed any personal visitiation with her son. Brian has spent a majority of his time in the lockdown facility, which given the fact he suffers from ADD and othr forms of mental incapacities, is having a dramatic and likly irreversable effect on Brian.
Brian needs your help to stop this injustice. Please help us to help him. This is an issue of constitutional rights, injustice in the State of Florida, and the dispicable character of prosecutors across the USA. Stand with us and bring Brian home to his mother. You can help in many ways: perhaps writing letters to State and Federal officials, help with the online petition, legal & moral support, and of course financial donations would be greatly appreciated.
A token of a mother's love for her son, this was made by Cheryl Woods for Brian, a symbol of hope.

The Police Complaint Center (PCC), Tallahassee, FL. has received and documented the case regarding the treatment of Brian Woods. Also PCC is evaluating possible civil rights violations commited by Brevard County Authorities.
