Air Nike Team Unite 4.0 basketball shoes womens size 10 1/2.
These shoes are brand new and have never been worn. The do not
come with the box. They were bought for the Boys and Girls Club
basketball team and we had a couple pairs left. These were bought
about 2 years ago and have been stored at my home. My home is
smoke-free and since have been displayed at my office.

The red is a dark candy apple red,
not your typical bright red it is darker but very pretty. The
shoes are in excellent shape and I do have them in my possession and
ready to be shipped. These are a older nike shoe but they
are in great shape because no one has worn them or even tried them
on. They still have the tag from the sports store hanging on them.

SHIPPING METHODS: Most items are shipped by UPS or USPS within 3 - 5
days of receipt of payment. Excluding Sat, Sun, Holidays, and 4-day
weekends. We ship to US, Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska/Hawaii buyers email
me for shipping cost. Clearance items can be shipped international.
This will be noted in the description. We have to have a physical
address to ship to. No P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses. I am not responsible
for the items once I get you the tracking number. Slow shipment of
items is not my fault. Please do not leave me a negative or neutral
feedback for slow shipping.
SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: In some cases we can offer a shipping discount if
you buy more then two items from our auctions. Click on Ask Seller A
Question and drop me a line and I'll let you know if it is possible to
give you a discount. In most of my auctions, I try to give this
information in the description area of the auction listing.
CONDITION OF PRODUCTS: All items are brand new and most are still in
the original packing container. If an item is not brand new, we will
make note of this on the auction site in big bold letters under the
title of the item.
RETURN POLICY: In the event you are not 100% satisfied with the item
you ordered, please email us and we will cheerfully replace with
something you like or refund your money only if the item is
out-of-stock or damaged upon opening, not due to shipping, if
you'll tell us why you are not satisfied with the item. We offer a
7-day guarantee on all of our merchandise, after which time the auction
becomes final. We
do not refund shipping charges, no more then your favorite
department store will pay you for your gas and time to return an item
you are not satisfied with or is defective, to them. The is a 10%
re-stocking fee for returns.
EXTENDED WARRANTIES: Several of our products carry an extended factory
warranty. If by chance a product does become defective, it has to be
returned to the factory for repairs or replacement. See enclosed
warranty information.
NON PAYING BIDDERS: Non paying bidders will be left negative feed back
and reported to Ebay as a non paying bidder. If you don't plan to
follow through with your bid, Please don't bid. I hate to have to add
this part to my Terms Of Sale, but we have had several non paying
bidders lately and it does cost us money to pay Ebay, sellers fees.
COLORS OF PICTURES: Colors may vary from
the pictures on this site, and the actually color of the item. Pictures
might look out of portion to the actual product.
IN STOCK AND OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS: This item was stocked in our
warehouse when this auction was listed. In the rare event that an item
is discontinued or goes on back order between the time it is listed and
the time payment is received, the buyer will be given the option to
cancel the order, or wait for the order to fill. If you choose to
cancel, your bidding price plus shipping and handling charges will be
refunded to you in full. Some of our store items are very fast sellers,
do not delay in placing your bids.
KNIVES: Since it is against some
city, state and federal laws to sell any type of knife to a minor,
under the age of 18. Any type of knife has to be paid for through
a credit card service (Paypal). No Money Orders Will Be Accepted For
