| Name: Karone Age: 17 Race: Mortal (Caucasian) Parents: Unknown Siblings: Unknown Description: Karone stands @ 5'6 and weighs around 110 pds. Karone normally wears a pale purple halter top, and a gray wrap-around skirt w/slits up the sides. Wears an outfit similiar to Lilith's for training. Personality: Kind and gentle, but very shy and cautious b/c of previous experiences. She is slow to trust others, but is a good and loyal friend to those she does trust. Background: Karone was kidnapped as young child by Jynx and taken in as his slave. As she grew up he saw how beautiful she was becoming and decided to make her one of his priestesses. She generally served faithfully to him, but not would not always give in to his wishes. This angered Jynx greatly, and so one day he forced Karone's hidden dark side to surface. Jynx instantly fell in love w/Karone's dark side, so much in fact that he decided to give her a life of her own. Upon being given life Karone's dark side completely hated her and began to dabble in sorcery and took on the name Astronema for herself. Astronema eventually grew tired of Jynx and left her. It was shortly after that Jynx seduced a young African princess who was engaged to Prince Kovu. But Jynx's sister Vanity grew jealous of the princess and killed her. Then the 2 gods decided that Vanity should impersonate the princess and marry Kovu, so that later she could murder him and they could rule his kingdom. Feeling sorry for the young prince Karone eventually learned of a young man named Izod Wrangler, whose mother had been a former priestess of Jynx, whom he had killed, and Izod sought revenge against Jynx. So Karone met w/Izod in secret and agreed to help him save the life of Prince Kovu, if Izod promised to protect her from Jynx. He agreed and together the 2 of them managed to reveal the sinister plan to Prince Kovu and save his life. Upon this revelation Kovu was greatly angered by Jynx and Vanity, and vowed to make them pay as Izod had. They decided to go after the 2 gods, and they promised that they would protect Karone from her enemies and keep her safe. Abilities: Karone possesses the same telepathic and telekinetic abilities as her dark side Astronema, as well as other supernatural abilities that she hasn't become aware of yet. Weapons: Like Astronema, Karone carries a staff and a set of daggers w/her @ all times. She generally preffers the staff to most other weapons, but she is also familiar w/the bow & arrow. Likes: Izod Wrangler, Prince Kovu. Dislikes: Jynx, Astronema, Vanity. |
