Fushigi Yuugi
Fushigi Yuugi is about a 15-year-old Japanese girl named Miaka,
who finds a magical book called the "Shi Jin Ten Chi Sho". This book absorbs
both Miaka and her best friend, Yui, therefore marking the start of
a journey the two will never forget...
Now, whatever the two did or said, would be recorded in the book itself.
Miaka and Yui find themselves in olden China, after which Yui is quickly
brought back to present Japan by the book.
Miaka soon finds out that she has been chosen to be "Suzaku no miko".
She has to find all her seishis, who will protect her, and when all seven
are gathered, they will enable her to summon Suzaku, a god,
who will give her three wishes, and only three.
But things are not quite as easy as they seem...
