Now isn't that simply gorgeous? Pitchfork Falls seen going up the Whitehorse Pass.

Check out the color of the lake behind us -clear blue from the glacier.

Unfortunately this photo does not capture the beauty and awesome vastness of the Hubbard Glacier. However, to give you some perspective, I captured the Mercury (a sister ship of the Galaxy which we were on) in the center forefront. The Mercury, as was the Galaxy, has about 78k tonnage and about 900 feet in length. Now you see how large the Glacier is!
