I got voodoo in August 2005 and we have come along way since then. I was scared of riding thanks to an evil chestnut thoroughbred and when offred this horse for free was very relucatnant but am so glad I did!

Voodoo has boosted my confidence 10000000% and I am attempting things I would dream of,Like mounted games,sporting and jumping! He is quite good at them all. We done our first dressage test back in june this year and we came out 5th,only 3% seperating 1st-5th so I though that was quite a great achivement on my behalf.

We go out to shows regularly and Voodoo is such a gem,he puts up with so much from and takes it all in his stride,as my friend said "if it was any other horse it would of killed you by now" thats why Im thankful for such a wonderful unique horse.

Voodoo is a lovely horse in the show ring,he goes on the bit easily enough but can get a bit worked up and want to break stride. I have since found out Voodoo can do walk through to canter transition,stand to canter transitions,hand gallops,Side passes,Half passes,flying changes and counter canter and the list probably goes on and on. Not bad for a free horse!! The only problem we have is knowing his breed! He looks like a stock horse and has a stock horse stud brand but I am told he is a thoroughbred then you get some people comming and commenting on how lovely my "part fresian" is.

Oh and he also has a lump on his head but that is by no means his fault,he was kicked in the head.
