| CSHS School Medical & Dental Program This program involves traveling teams that provide midecal and dental services to elementary students in the Grand Rapids Public School and cedar Srpings Public School system. Students receve yearly routine physicals, screening for vision and hearing, anemia and lead screenings, immunizations, and x-rays. Dental exmas, cleaning, and sealants are also offered. |
