DOCS Olympics

Each year, the first week of June, the Dept of Corrections holds its annual DOCS Olympics.  I was a regular participant for 12 years, from 1993 to 2004.  It's been the single most influential factor in my life for improving my physical fitness.  It's also great for employee morale, not to mention lots of fun!

In 2004, I  competed in the bench press and 10 mile cycling  competition, and earned  Gold medals in both of them!

I accummulated 61 medals during my illustrious Olympic career; this is only a sampling that I had displayed in my office at work.
