| Monthly Basic Service Fees |
| At Cherry Hills Estates, levels of care have been established to provide a comprehensive package of services at an affordable monthly fee. The Basic Service Package includes meals, housekeeping, laundry, activities, outings, and qualified staff on site 24 hours. The appropriate level of Assisted Living services will be determined after the thorough assessment and will be tailored to each individual's needs. This system means each resident pays only for the level of service and care needed. |

| Each resident moving into Cherry Hills Estates is required to pay a deposit fee of $500.00 upon signing of the residential agreement. This fee is held as a damage deposit for the apartment and will be returned at the time of vacancy if no undue damage takes place. |
| Second person $350.00. Garages are available for a monthly fee of $65.00. |
| These additional services may be purchased as desired and charges will be added to the monthly invoice. Full costs are presented in Resident Service Agreement after care points have been established. |
