Dr. Timothy Norton
Coordinator and creator of C.H.E.Specialization: Psychopharmacology
It was a 4th of July BBQ when C.H.E was born. Dr. Norton and the rest of the staff had been consuming margaritas and watching movies when the idea of watching Ghost in the Invisible Bikini popped into Dr. Norton's head. Near the conclusion of the movie many of the C.H.E. team had found themselves in a state of mental shock, one was even convulsing on the floor.
It was this horrible day that will live on in infamy, the day Dr. Norton, spurred on by Dr. Oprysko, swore that he will find a way to protect all people from bad 'B-films'. Unfortunately the only way to find a way to save people is to inflict the waste of the film industry upon them.
