Chapter 3
Eight years later
"You are ready!!" said a powerful female voice full of malice. The boy in front of her narowed his brown eyes.
"What is your mission?" she said.
"To take rvenge on the angels."
"Why must you do this??" she growled
"The stole Clow from us. The cards are theres," the boys voice was full of hate.
"and what must you do??"
"Kill them!!!" and uproar was heard from a;ll the gathered figures. The woman smiled evily and flaped her wings in anticipation of the battel to come.
A beautiful 18 year old girl steped out of the castle. She wore a white and pink outfit ( for all of you who have seen Atlantis the girl is wareing a oufit like Kidas) . She nodded politely at the crowd of people.
"Sakura," said her father, he smiled and flew down to her, " you are so beautiful, today is your first patrol. You know whatto do, good luck." he kissed hie daughter on her forehead. Her mother smiled at her. Sakura flew up to her brother.
"Torri, please let me do this on my own." her brother looked away. He caght his fathers eye.
"Ok, take care squirt." he smiled at her. Sakura was beaming and hugged her brother. And she was gone.
"Follow her," Torri said to his guardian Mykio, she was a beautiful white Tiger. She nodded and flew off silently.
"Come on Yamotao (I just kinda made that name up ^_^) Melin said. Her older cousin followed reluctantly. He growled silghtly.
"Why can't the great Syaoran do his own dirty work," he growled. Syaoran was Yamotaos younger brother. Yamotao hate his brother. He thought that heshould be king and not his younger brother. Melin shoke her head.
"How many times Yamy," Yamy is a nickname Melin has for Yamotao and he hated it, " Syaorans a better sword fighter thatn you, you can'y even hold a sword."
Yamotao glared at her, "You would say that, hes your boyfriend after all." Nelin glared at him and set two stics aligt from the flame pit. She thrust one of the torches to Yamotao.
"Hurry up Yamy," she said as she walked of.
"STOP CALLING ME YAMY!!" he yelled as he ran after her.
Sakura wondered round. There was nothing going on and she was thoroughly bored. She knew her brothes guardian was folowing her and she was angry.
"Mykio, you can come out now." Sakura said. The beautiful tiger came out of its hideing pleace. Sakura began to cry.
"What is it Sakura," Mykio asked.
"Why cant he leave me alone. Why dosen't he trust me. WHY CAN'T YOU LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!" with that Sakura flew off at top speed. Mykio didn't folow her. She knew better than to do that. Sakura would come back soon.
"Come Yamy," Melin said, " time to burn." with that she ran off setting fire to everything. Yamotao folowed reluctantly. When they were done they ran off past Mrs.Li
"All done," Melin sneeared.
"Go son," Mrs.Li said.
Sakura was caught in the fire. Tears blured her vision.
"Help," she choked, " help me." Sakura ran and ran. But the flames were strong, the smoke choked her and she fainted. Out of the flame came Li. He stared at Sakura. His brown hard eyes showed no imotion. But his icy heart fluttered as he reconized her. He lifted her in to his arms, used hie magic to calm the flames but not put them out. He flew to a safe place with Sakura in his arm. But the flames were angry. The laped his feet and jumped at his. The smoke entered his lungs and he found it hard to breath. A strong flame jumped up and caught his wing. He screamd in pain and dropped Sakura, then he began to fall head first in to the river. Sakura hit the water seconds befor Li. The water revived Li and he swam to sakura. Soon they were both out of the water. He coughed the water out of his lungs. Sakura groned and woke up. She had the shoke of her life when she saw a dvil above her.
"Stand back," she said as she jumped up. She held her staff under his chin. Li just smiled. He pushed the staff away.
" I won'thurt you." he smiled. Sakura looked thoughtful. She knew him.
"Syaoran??" he smiled and nodded.
" LEAVE MY SISTER ALONE!!!!!!!!" Torri yelled as he jumped in bettwen them. He advanced on Li.
"Whats you bussnes here."
"I have left the devils. I am an outcast, I humbaly ask to join your kingdome." he bowed. Torri glared.
"Or rules say that all dets must be repayed. You saved my sister so I shall let you stay, but any singh of treachery and your out." Li nodded, Sakura smiled, then for Li all went black.
