About Me, what is there to say?!

Named Cherith, I wonder why,
it’s the name of a bubbling Bible brook,
Mentioned but twice in the Bible,
Seems somehow to fit with my character.

My hobbies and interests are many and varied
Bible study, writing, reading.
Smocking, sewing, cooking, and cleaning,
To mention but a few.

But these would be incomplete without mentioning that
Music is my passion.
My computer, my daily companion,
I named him, Mr Joseph Courage Right. :- )

Learning how to achieve good health,
Working in shearing sheds,
And in schools,
Have all taught me so much

Give me a problem to solve,
Problem solving happens to be something I love.
Though to many problems in my life sometimes it seems,
Somethings just aren't understandable... :- )

To talk about myself simply would be pointless,
So, let me tell you about my Saviour,
How much there is to tell about Him and what He’s done for me,
Through everything that has happened in my life.

On Calvary He gave His life for mine,
Rose again and went to heaven,
To be my High Priest, and Mediator.
What more could I ask for?

In my childhood He pulled me through ilness,
My older sisters’ got married - He carried me through loneliness,
Through the year at college He held me,
In love, and through everything He held my hand.

“O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in Him.”
Tie in with Romans 8:28
Have been two of my many tried and proved verses
Without my Lord I am nothing.

Remember not me,
But I pray you’ll remember my Lord and Saviour
I pray you will also try and prove the Bible promises,
For the promises were written for you and I.
