This is the front of the IMAX where we saw " Santa and the Snowman" Cherokee's 1st 3d movie. Later that night we watched Starwars2 on the big screen. |

A quick stop at the Aquarium to visit the New baby penguin being released into the tank with his parents. |

After our visit to Santa, back outside to see the Festival of Lights. This starts at the Aquarium and winds behind the buildings along the Galveston Bay to the other end of the property by the Colonel - Moody Garden's Paddleboat. Come walk along.....
After getting hot chocolate, on this warm night, you enter through an arbor of lights. The initial walkway was of Nutcrackers then a castle and a Santa display. Now after the HUGE tree, we see Santa fishing in the bay. Hope he catches a big one! |

On the way inside to see Santa, you pass the Rainforest Pyramid. See the men at work. Not my kind of job. To the left is the Imax ride building and Discovery Building. |
