Does it matter that 10th Circuit court judge Stephanie Seymour who was one of the three justices of Denver's 10th Circuit court who stripped the Delaware tribe of it's federal recognition in favor of Cherokee Nation is married to a Tulsa attorney named Seymour, and Mr. Seymour had and may still have contracts with Cherokee Nation? Is that not called conflict of interest in hearing a court case? Where is the real justice? It certainly isn't Stephanie Seymour. Several Cherokees placed inside the BIA also control it. This is called Tribal corruption.

Here is all the Contact Information for the Oklahoma Delagation and the Chairmen ofthe Indian Affairs Committees in the Senate and the House. Call them, email them,write them or fax them, let them know how you feel about what Chief Chad Smith is doing to Cherokees and adopted tribal members.

But more importantly, contact your Cherokee representatives first! State leaders can only do so much, so please contact your council members and take a stand against Chief Chad Smith.
