You said you loved me, and I believe
that you do
And I hope you realize I feel the same too
I try to tell you exactly how I feel
As this heart of mine expresses so real
You wrote me a poem, telling me of your love
To me that was the greatest thing you could've
ever thought of
I'll cherish those words until I die
For each time I read them I surely will
cry
I'll cry because those words just mean so
much
Sentimental thoughts in my heart they touch
Cherished words, I will never forget
In my heart each word is deeply set
That poem I will cherish till the end of my
day
As the words in my heart I'll constantly
replay
As our life together will begin anew
Please know always that I'll forever love
you
