The following marks will be used to assess the Kindergarten in all areas including Art, Music, Physical Education, Penmanship and Bible Memorization with additional comments form the teacher:
O = Outstanding
S = Satisfactory
I/N = Needs Improvement
U = Unsatisfactory
+ = Above average effort
- = Below average effort
The following marks and percentages will be used to assess grade 1-8:
90 � 100 = A/Excellent
80 � 89 = B/Good
70 � 79 = C/Average
60 � 69 = D/Poor
60 � Below = F/Failing
Effort Levels:
4 = Excellent mastery
3 = Level mastery
2 = Inconsistent mastery
1 = Poor mastery
Progress Reports:
Progress reports will be sent home half way through the 9 week period to keep parents aware of your child�s progress.
Report Cards:
Report cards will be sent home four times a year. There are two 9 week grading periods a semester. Report cards will be sent home one week after the start of the next grading period. The last grade card will be available after ALL fees for the year are paid in full. There will be Parent Teacher Conferences scheduled throughout the year and a special meeting can always be arranged by contacting your child�s teacher.
