How can two people who lived so far apart ever meet and fall in love? I'm sure God had a hand in this meeting.
Coury Adams, Kevin's Cousin was getting married in Rhode Island and Kevin was one of the groomsmen. We all flew out the thousands of miles for this positively beautiful wedding. Cherie had met Marianne Tutalo for the pure fact that they looked very similar and grew up in the same area. They had never met as kids, but once in the Christian music industry people continued to ask them if they knew each other. Marianne and Cherie became good friends and Cherie was one of her Bridesmaids. Cherie and Kevin hit it off right from the start. They seemed to enjoy each others company, and at the end of the wedding, exchanged numbers (with members from both families watching intently). Over the next few months Cherie was down for different concerts, shows and promotions, and she met Kevin for a few dates. As things became more serious and Kevin and Cherie fell in love, Kevin visited Cherie in Tennessee and Cherie came out to California, just so they could see each other. There is no doubt in anyone's mind that Cherie and Kevin were meant for each other, and we were all just waiting for the announcement of the wedding.
