| Parthena Whitley, oldest child of James William Whitley and Ferebe O'Neal, was born in 1827, in Alabama and she died sometime after 1880. She married Ambrose B. Williamson on November 5, 1847, in Marengo County, Alabama and three children were born. Ambrose was born in 1826 in South Carolina and he died sometime after 1880. Parthena and Ambrose both died sometime after 1880 and are buried in McVea Cemetery, Gonzales, Gonzales County, Texas. Their issue: Roberta Williamson Narcissa Ellen Williamson George W.
