Jessika found out a few days ago by checking the myspace site that she used to run and when she tried to log in the password was changed.
Then when she went to check on the site her name had mysteriously vanished from the band member list.
Jessika thinking this was quite odd, decided to call Keith.... No answer.... Then she decided to call Andy.
When she got ahold of Andy she simply asked am I out of the band? Simple enough. He was acting very nervous while on the phone and said "Umm, Umm, well we talked about it. You'll have to talk to Keith about that.
Well she had been trying........ Still no answer. Then when she sent out an email to people on the Cheque Point myspace site, people started leaving comments about Jessika not being in the band, and how "fucked" it was.
Then mysteriously those comments got deleted and she got an email from Keith.
Saying, we weren't thinking of kicking you out, you brought this on yourself. Why would we kick you out if we were going to change the name for you and have an album coming out mid March?
Well, then on the Cheque Point myspace site, they already had found a replacement in 4 days, AND they have a show in 2 weeks??
Are you telling me that wasn't premeditated?? How does one get a singer in 4 days and expect to play a show in 2 weeks?
So yes, they kicked Jessika out without her knowledge, found a replacement, and here's the kicker....
They want to use the two songs that Jessika wrote...
She wrote "Arms Around Me" and "Gotta Keep It Hot" (well Keith wrote maybe two lines so of course he's credited with 50%)
How that works out I'm not sure. He wants their new singer to use the lyrics, and if he ever decides to release the songs that Jessika sang on, then she gets so much of the royalties.
Well why release that shit if she's out. Little money hungry bastards.
If they can't be creative enough to make their own songs then why are they in the rock n roll music business?
Shouldn't they contact Lou Pearlman and just be another pop band who has their music all cookie cut and manufactured for them.
They're manipulative little bastards who can't write their own lyrics and sometimes music, who are out to be the next Aerosmith.
Well Aerosmith aren't who they are because they followed a trend. They set their own.
Keep that in mind.
Oh, and they don't want anyone to be slanderous of them and he's going to want to send us into the legal system because of this site and other slanderous things on myspace.
Well if that's the case, shouldn't every Avril hater site be sent in, every national inquirer article, and every other person who dislikes something and puts it up for people to see be sent into the legal system.

It was such a blast playing there and the crowd really helped us get into the show.

We'll be playing with Cherry Monroe who has been making a name for themselves all over the U.S.
Their music has been played on many college radio stations among others.

Despite how nervous Jessika was to perform her first show as a singer, she took the stage with such enthusiasm.
The show went very well indeed given the circumstances, being our first show, the time slot, and the whole band being sick.
We will be booking more shows, and we'll let ya know as we get em.
And we would like to thank the bands that played last night, the people out in the crowd that stayed very late on a work/school night, and the voodoo.
So try and make it out there and support us.

We've been rocking the hell outta the current songs we have- writing new songs- getting ready to book some shows with some great local bands including Dear Violet, Cherry Monroe, Cyde, and more awesome bands.
