I'm white by the way and his middle name is Divindra. And his nickname is Be because of some fat cartoon character you have down Trinidad... and Tobago I assume. You can also write about Papa Bois, Mama Glo, Loup Garoux (I'm not sure about the spelling, but people generally say "lagahoo" or "ligahoo"). Then there was a slave woman in Tobago who flew back and forth to Africa until she ate salt.

I fully aggree with you. The cascadoo or "hassar" as some people call that ugly looking fish is one of the best fish I ever had, speacily with curry.
