Hanwei and his mother

Mother's day falls on 12th May and Hanwei was one of the seven artistes interviewed by i-weekly.

Wow! Hanwei's mum certainly has the star quality looks!

CHEN HANWEI: Practical actions to show my love to mum.

Chen Hanwei's mother is 64 years old but Hanwei laughed and said that she looks like she is in her 40s. She still maintains her waistline at 26 inches. His relationship with mum is all along good. Both use practical actions to show each other their love and concern.

Mum would brew soup and bring it all the way from Malaysia for Hanwei. As for Hanwei, he will buy whatever his mum likes, no matter how expensive.

"My mum is very frugal. She puts all the money I gave her into our joint account, without spending a cent. No matter how busy I am, I'll try to bring her out to celebrate Mother's day. If I am busy on that day, I'll try to celebrate with her in advance"

P/S: Years back when Hanwei was interviewed on Mother's day about his mum on TV, he said that she would always leave notes of encouragement for him at his desk whenever she senses he is down.
