We share Hanwei's sorrow for the loss of his beloved pet dog, Mei Mei.
Though her life was short, she had a good time with Hanwei. May she rest in peace.
The Tragedy:

On that morning while filming the first scene of the show, Chen Hanwei received news of the death of his beloved "Mei Mei" . He suppressed his deep felt sorrow and continued filming till he finished the whole day's show. By the time he reached home he just could not control himself anymore and broke into tears. Four year old Beagle, Mei Mei was kept as Hanwei's pet dog for a year. Hanwei just couldn't let go of memories of him bringing Mei Mei to Sentosa for swimming and breakfast at Botanic Garden. "Mei Mei was very good and obedient, she seldom barked. Recently I am busy filming "Chun Dao Ren Jian" and let my friend took care of her. That day he brought Mei Mei for a walk. In a moment of carelessness he let her ran onto the road and she was knocked dead by a car." Hanwei is thinking of keeping another Beagle. Those who would like to give away their Beagle puppy, please write to this broken hearted dog owner. |
