Hanwei hosted Chingay Parade
South West Community Development Council (CDC) organised a 3-day 1960's themed carnival in conjunction with the 'Hearts Parade – Chingay in the Heartlands' from 7 – 9 February at Jurong East Central.
In the evening of 9 February, Hanwei and Sharon were invited to host the
Chingay parade.

The parade gave residents a chance to view the floats up close and personal but not the 2 stars. Both were standing on a stage facing the parade. However they could be viewed from big screens placed at the carnival site. The organiser estimated about 50,000 people attended the cardinal, many of whom lined the streets to get a better view.

The two rivals cum lovers in "Chun Dao Ren Jian" hosted together for the first time. Sharon Au who often host big events was asked if she gave any hosting tip to newbie host of Chingay parade, Chen Hanwei. " I rushed from off -site shooting of "Perfect Match".
