| Location | Desks, 4E classroom |
| Main site of rusting | The whole body apart from the wood surface |
| Condition | Slight - Serious, different desk has different condition |
Rusting most often can be found on the post and the drawer of the desk. The seriousness varies from table to table. Rusting can also be found on the chair.
Many of our classmates do not like the seat with a rusting table. Maybe the rust makes their stationary dirty, or it makes the appearance poor. For long-term effect, rusting may cause destruction to the tables and chairs if no prevention is done.
To reduce rusting, painting, tin and zinc-plating are possible ways. In some very serious cases, replacement for the desks is required.
