This 'pit cover' (We do not know what exactly the English translation is) is located in the 'back' of the covered playground, that is where no body would go.

We are only telling that the cover there has been rusted, but do not think any action is needed for it indeed.

For suggestion, Re-painting and replacement of it is possible to reduce rusting.
